Thank you for considering our products!  If you have placed your order with us, please check the contents against items on the enclosed packing slip.  If any portion of your order is on backorder, you will have received a backorder notification including an estimated date of arrival.  We will fulfill the balance of your order as soon as the item(s) arrives in our store.  For fulfillment inquiries, contact our Customer Service department by calling toll free 1-877-739-2665, or by emailing us at

IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED, DO NOT RETURN!  Instead, please save the item and packaging material, and notify our Customer Service Department at or by calling toll-free 1-877-739-2665.  Failure to comply with this will interfere with replacement or credit procedures.

General Return Policy The Wire Whisk offers a 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee in addition to the manufacturers’ warranties that protect most of our products against defects of workmanship.  If you are not satisfied with any unused product, you may return it to The Wire Whisk within 30 days for an exchange or refund.  We stand behind our products, and want to offer you quality and value!  If you have received an item that does not measure up to our high standards, please contact us for a replacement, correction or refund.  Contact our Customer Service Department.


Refunds are applicable on returned salable merchandise; shipping fees are non-refundable.  Any product rendered defective during return shipping is ineligible for refund.  The Wire Whisk recommends packing carefully and insured return postage.  If a package has been refused for any reason, returned due to insufficient address information, or ordered in error, it is subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Please note that the customer pays for return shipping.  This also means that The Wire Whisk is not responsible for return shipping of items deemed ineligible for refund.  We do not accept C.O.D.s.

Defective Products that are received damaged, defective, or otherwise shipped in error are best resolved by calling our Customer Service department directly so we may take care of the problem for you.  We will send you a return label for damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped items when applicable so you won’t have to pay.

Kitchen Electrics All kitchen electrics must have a Return Authorization number for the efficient process of returns.  Please email or call our Customer Service Department with your order number and reason for return to receive your RA#.  Any merchandise returned without an RA will be subject to refusal and sent back to the customer.  No refunds will be issued for used electrics unless proven to be defective upon our inspection.

PLEASE NOTE:   Any difference between original shipping fee and actual cost to ship will be deducted from refund.  For orders with free shipping, the actual cost to ship will be deducted from total refund.
