Katie Schamburek is a new chef at The Wire Whisk! Katie currently works with Nourish Farms in Sheboygan teaching people about making meals from seasonal, fresh, and local foods. She also owns her own small business art studio in Manitowoc called Glaze & Paint. She likes to explore new styles of cooking and experiment with the artistic side of food. Katie graduated from the Lakeshore Culinary Institute and she was later hired on as a culinary instructor after graduation. Katie has worked at various restaurants and bakeries in the Manitowoc and Sheboygan area.
