Return/Exchange Policy
The Wire Whisk offers a 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee in addition to the factory warranties that protect most of our products against defects in materials and workmanship. If you are not satisfied with any unused product you may return it to Wire Whisk within 30 days for an exchange or refund. We stand behind every product at The Wire Whisk, offering quality and value to our customers.
Guidelines for Returns
Refunds are applicable only on returned merchandise - shipping fees are nonrefundable. If a package has been refused for any reason, or returned with an incorrect address, a 15% restocking fee will apply. Please note that the customer pays for return shipping, via any method, and we cannot accept any CODs.
Products that are received damaged, defective, incorrectly shipped or simply do not meet the reasonable expectations of the customer may be returned for full refund of the merchandise price.
Merchandise that does not meet the customer's reasonable expectations must be returned no later than 30 days following the customer's receipt of the order.
Damaged or defective merchandise will be replaced at no additional cost to the customer. Defective merchandise will be subject to the manufacturer's warranty requirements.
No refund will be issued until the merchandise has been received & inspected by The Wire Whisk.
All merchandise that is returned must be received at The Wire Whisk with its original packaging and paperwork, in good condition (unless received damaged or defective by the customer), along with an explanation as to why it is being returned. Please include a copy of your invoice as well.
Merchandise that has been altered, abused, misused or otherwise mistreated is not eligible for any refund under the Return Policy. Special order, customized or personalized merchandise is not returnable unless due to damage, defect or shipment error.
Please protect your return by getting a tracking number and/or insurance from the post office, UPS, or however you choose to return the item. You are responsible for the safe return of all items. If you wish to exchange the item, you will be charged the shipping cost for sending the new item to you. Wrap and tape the return securely, and send it to the following return address:
